Tonight we reach the waxing trine between Sun and Moon that tells us we’re near the end of the First Quarter phase, transitioning to the Gibbous Moon.
This is a fire trine, Aries Moon to Sagittarius Sun. If we’ve committed to our goals, clearly and decisively, we may feel a surge forward, a burst of speed and energy.
Yet, as with so many aspects these days, the overall picture at this waxing trine is complicated. There may be things we need to sort out.
As the Moon (14 Aries) trines the Sun(14 Sag), she also squares Venus (13 Capricorn) and Saturn (18 Cap). Venus is moving into her conjunction with Saturn, exact on December 11.
This holds the possibility for the fiery Aries Moon to break through a boundary represented by Venus + Saturn in Capricorn. If we have unnecessary or unhealthy restrictions in relationships, finances, or creative expression, and we’re clear on what we want, this can happen.
If not, we may feel frustrated as we come up against walls we didn’t know were there. This is good information, but might not feel like the kind of progress an Aries Moon likes best.
Keep in mind this trine is about clarity and insight. Where we feel held back, we can examine the situation. Is this external? Internal? What can be done?
