The Full Moon showed us how important the stories we tell ourselves are. As we enter the Disseminating phase on Sunday, we realize we’ve wandered into strange lands.
The rocks underfoot feel very solid and yet each footfall raises echoes as though there are caves underneath.
Saturn, Pluto, and Venus together in late Capricorn provide the solidity while a sextile from Mars in Scorpio points to dark caves underground.
There’s a strangeness too, a feeling like anything could happen. Jupiter is about to trine Uranus, and when the great expander (Jupiter) communes with the revolutionary (Uranus), all bets are off.
This Leo Moon is trining Mercury in Sagittarius and has stories to tell–old standards and some new ones to test. Under a Disseminating Moon, we feel energized and ready to share. The Fire connections between Sun and Moon, and Moon and Mercury will add plenty of fuel.
As we share what we’ve experienced, we get perspective. Which stories will become part of our core? Which will we let go? Only in the sharing will we know.
The Sagittarius Sun trines Eris the chaos goddess. There’s a sense we’ve been through some dangers, with more ahead.
Stories are also great for sharing tips and tricks about what to watch out for, how to stay safe.
And here’s a campfire where travelers have gathered.
You nod at everyone and grab a place near the fire. This is a Leo Moon, ready to claim a share of the stage. Leo + Sagittarius is full of energy and optimism with more than enough to say. Everyone at the fire tonight will feel full of important things to share.
The challenge will be to give everyone a chance to tell a tale.
Over the next few days, remember we’ve all been through some things. We learn as much by listening as talking.
