Waning Sextile Moon in Scorpio: Go Deeper

posted in: Scorpio, Waning Sextile | 0

Within the challenge of the Last Quarter square, we find the waning sextile, the energized, harmonious connection between (in this case) the Sun at 29 Capricorn and the Moon at 29 Scorpio.

So much in this chart has shifted. Now we see trines and sextiles creating flow:

Venus trine the North Node and sextile the South Node and Jupiter finds spiritual harmony and hope for our future. Venus square Mars is Sagittarius, but this mutable challenge is itself about finding meaningful ways for philosophy and spirituality to inform each other.

The Scorpio Moon sextiles Pluto, Saturn, and Ceres, as well as the Sun. The Moon trines Lilith at 29 Pisces, and makes an out of sign trine to Chiron as well. We are pulled into deep waters.

The final, 29th degree of any sign is intense and focused. This waning sextile asks, what have we learned about Capricorn?

• How do we feel about the structures of authority and control in our world today?
• What about authority, control, and structure in our personal lives?

• Are we on solid ground? How would be know?

• Are we doing the right work? Are we showing up in the world?

• Are our boundaries healthy and authentic?

The Moon has already moved into Sagittarius, off on a search for answers and moving to meet Mars. The Sun will enter Aquarius tomorrow morning (9:55 am EST).

It’s time to check in with ourselves. What are a few take-aways from all this? What else to we need to examine?

Insights are on offer this evening. Go deeper.
